Who we are
The Association directs, organises and supervises ice and winter swimming in Hungary, and represents the interests of the sport and of its members at home and internationally. Its task is to promote ice and winter swimming, to give it professional support and to create safe conditions for it. MAJETUSZ organises and runs competitions and events that aim to make a healthy lifestyle accessible to as many people as possible, above all through ice and winter swimming and its promotion.

The charters are available under Documents; the committees' membership may grow.

Liaison and national coordination towards the International Ice Swimming Association (IISA): applying IISA rules in Hungary, supporting its competition, qualification, record and ratification system, and informing swimmers and clubs. Members are nominated by the board and confirmed by the IISA.
