Lupa Beach
The best-known winter swimming venue in Hungary. The first Hungarian Ice Swimming Championship was held here in 2024. In winter the beach has a 25-metre, six-lane winter course, which can only be used with a lifeguard present.

Typical times
The Nemzetközi Hidegvíz Törzs every Sunday: gates open at 9:20 at the VIP entrance, group dip at 10:00, closing at 14:00.
Conditions for joining
At the Hidegvíz Törzs sessions: registration and a liability waiver; swimming only with a tow float, and with your own companion for a swim longer than 15 minutes or 500 metres. The winter course can only be used with a lifeguard present.
Prices
Hidegvíz Törzs Sundays, entry with sauna: HUF 4,000 for members, HUF 6,000 for non-members, child ticket HUF 2,000 (October 2026).
